What to expect

On your first visit, you will receive a comprehensive and careful evaluation of your posture and movement. You will never feel rushed, as time will be spent discussing your medical history, symptoms, concerns, and goals. With this information, Sylvia Vedamani will prepare a treatment plan tailored for you and adaptable as you become stronger; your treatment plan is never “recycled” or generalized.

Your treatment plan might include, but is not limited to:

  1. Specific exercises, modifications to current exercise, and correction of daily activity performance; exercises that work even for people who aren’t into exercise

  2. Breathing, adjustments, and self-awareness techniques

  3. Contributions to your performance team (e.g., doctors, occupational therapists, sports coaches, nutritionists, personal trainers, etc.) to help you achieve your goals

  4. Treatments/coaching at home, at the gym, at your favorite fitness class, or even through real-time video

  5. Personal, one-on-one sessions with Sylvia Vedamani; no assistants will execute treatments

  6. Recommendations on the best shoes, exercise and fitness products, and supportive aids

  7. Flexible scheduling options
